BAY FUSIONS FOUNDER
Russell Czinege, has been in the hospitality industry for over17 years & has extensive experience both domestically and internationally. He has spent many years honing his skills in some of the world’s best restaurants. He spent four years in England working with prestige catering companies who provided exceptional services to many top end companies. Russell has had the privilege of training under the guidance of exceptional chefs. He offers the Wide Bay modern, vibrant food that reflects flavours and influences from around the globe.

OUR SERVICES
Bay Fusion Food Design offers extensive menus that have been designed to cater for your wedding, corporate function, cocktail party, birthday party or formal/casual function. From basic buffet to full silver service, where your guests are either seated or standing, we have a service that will meet your requirements. Allow our friendly waiting staff to serve you and your guests whilst allowing you to relax and enjoy your special event. All of these options can be hosted wherever you wish: your home, a function centre, outdoors - the choice is yours.
FOOD PRODUCTION
Bay Fusion in conjunction with Bayside Transformations have opened a vegetable production kitchen which aims to provide high quality prepared vegetables to customers in the Wide Bay area. We believe strongly in absolute commitment to High quality and superb freshness of all vegetable products.
